soo... Its still february, and I am still kind of hating life right now, if for no other reason, than its february at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, whose motto is "Where being matters" which btw, should actually be "being matters, unless your a graduate student, and then you only matter if you aren't doing enough work, and then we ( Read more... )

Wow, now that is a post!!!

You seem to be handling things quite well my dearest! I think that you have given me reasons 720-812 of why I am glad I decided against grad school. I have enough gray hairs thank you very much!!!

I am so glad you have found someone who loves you and you love. There is nothing better than that level of comfort. I think I am where you were. I am comfortable with being single, but I would take a relationship if the right one came along.

Course I still don't know anything about this boy or even his name. Perhaps if I had kept up with this journal thing from the beginning I might know that. Ah well C'est la vie! I am sure you will fill me in on the details eventually!

Awwww, Tiff, you are so sweet!!! I almost got teary-eyed reading that, and how true it is! It really is great to FINALLY be "that girl", and shit, we both deserve it! I couldn't have put that any better, and by the way, it's great to be mushy sometimes! Miss you tons and tons!

Dude, so glad you're chilling out a bit with the work. Too much schoolwork is awful for your skin, I swear to God. But, am also glad you're still keeping it as a priority and not throwing it to the wind, (ahem, like one of us who started putting Attendance at the bottom of her priority list...oops)--and hey, good luck at Tech!!!

Yeah, you're mushy, but as you said, that's what this thing is for. Glad you're learning to take the work in stride. The hardest thing about stressful times, depression, sickness, and traffic jams is that, with all of them, you feel like it's never going to end. Afterwards, your logical brain says "of course it would have ended eventually" ubt somehow, when you're in the thick of it, you feel like you're going to have that condition for EVER ( ... )

Buffy: Something weird is going on.
