Tha is right..I am signing up at Shapes tonnight..I went up there after class and got all the paperowkr and etc and so it'll be $50 a month for unlimited classes, pool, pool classes, and everything in the gym..and the place is really nice too!...It was a good feeling when i walked in there cuz i looked around and it was all like old fat ladies and

If you're going to a place like Smoothie King, most of those smoothies are bursting at the seams with sugar. You might be better served getting a packet of Vanilla Myoplex and have them put strawberries & bananas in with it. You will get a solid amount of carbs and it won't be all sugar.

hehhe i know those places are bad news ...i went in there friday and said to the guy "okay i wnt a smoothie with no carbs, no claories, no sugar, and no fat"...and they just looked at me and kaughed...i knew that was a nad sign..lol..but the guys there makes me something called a power ounch or i dunno..its a meal replacement shake..no much sugar at all..just that protein shit and strawberries and bananas..tates kinda chalky but its good shit..

Myoplex isn't very chalky tasting, it actually tastes pretty close to vanilla. You don't taste it much though with the strawberries & bananas in it.

I asked them today what they out in the smootie...they out miscle builder protein bullshit mix stuff, strawberries and bananas drained in it..i looked at the nutrient contents on it and it has 11 grams of fat, 12 carbs...6 grams of sugar...not too bad...ill try myoplex tomorrow...i only usually get the smoothies on the way to the gym or when i know im gonna go work out cuz it gives me a boost and i know ill burn the fat/calories/carbds off...but da da da damn do they tast gooooooooooooood!

I love that song...I had totally forgotten about it till one of my friends posted the lyrics to it in his jounral....I wanna cry whenever I hear that sing,it is so beutiful and depressing like you said but its still a wicked song..I looooooooooove it
