How do you bake with a copper mold?

I have a cornucopia mold to make a cake for Thanksgiving. I have never baked with a copper before and I want to make sure the cake doesn' stick to the mold ( Read more... )

I asked my mom and she suggested that you use a lot of Pam or (even better) Pam with flour in it, but she's not sure how well it would work. Also, are you should the mold can be used for cooking? I know some copper molds are just used for decoration and not cooking.
