mostly cos the more people i send it to, the more chance i have of winning the whole thing.
though, that would throw quite the wrench into whomever is buying for me, no?

As far as I know, they haven't decided on the spending limit yet... Each person has been assigned their Secret Santa- or actually, I guess you're someone's Secret Santa... Anyways, you're supposed to get a gift for the person that you've been assigned. You're not supposed to tell anyone who you have, but playing mindgames is allowed ("I don't have Kav... or do I?" [Disclaimer: no one has Kav, none of us girls are allowed ;___;]).
Ideally, everyone posts or distributes a wishlist of things they want (can be big or small, but if you ask for something really expensive/above the agreed spending limit, you probably won't get it). You can use an online wishlist like Kirk's at Amazon, or WishList.com, or you can just say: "I want socks and a toy frog" or whatever. If you don't post a wishlist, your Secret Santa will probably be annoyed with you, and you'll most likely end up with a generic gift certificate :p ( ... )
