I went to an asian market on north st yesterday and bought some ingredients which I combined to make absolutely the most digusting, napalmy stir fry ever. I really really need to learn how to cook. Trial by error is fun only to a point

YEah, I think the most disgusting thing I ever made was a stir-fry. Apparently, I shouldn't try to get creative. LESSON LEARNED.

I made a decent one with peanut sauce, but I can't really figure out what you do with fish sauce. It just makes stuff taste like anchovy.
