The image I would like to share with you today is from a walk through the woods I took today. Rarely do I get opportunities to simply walk and shoot anymore, so I seize every chance I get. While on my walk, I encountered a field of ferns, one of which had a leaf on it. The leaf was green, much like the color of the ferns. I saw a few mottled red

Hey,

I was reading the back entries of my journal for kicks and noticed that you left a comment on one of my picture entries (of York, Maine)...so I'm just saying hello and acknowledging that. The rocky area is by Short Sands...although my official beaching is usually at Long Sands.

Long Sands is my favorite beach to walk. I'm determined to try stargazing there some night. I like the ambiance of Short Sands, but not the litter.
