Ikea customer service really sucks. I should have known by the way they make you go to a warehouse and pick up your own furniture, and by how you have to assemble it yourself. Customer service is another way they cut corners, apparently

What happened?

Yesterday I told my sister I ordered online, and she said she had told be before she would take me in person. .. and then today, I got bothered by how they only start assembling the order 3 days after I placed the order (which is today), and then they actually deliver it "5 to 10 days" afterward. . which means god knows when they're coming

When I say assemble the order I mean get it on the truck.
