Update
Killed another spider. This one was creeping around the stone wall in the backyard. It was quite large. That makes the grand total three spiders today. Two outside in the back and one in the front yard. Ew ( Read more... ) -
My day so far
So far I have killed two spiders, pissed off a very large, very scary looking truck driver, drove a car with no gas AND no oil, spent $26 to try and keep myself from exploding, AND paid off my credit cards.
And there are still 11 hours and 16 minutes left to this day.

It's Official.
We received our acceptance letters today, along with the housing information -- which we will be over-nighting them back tomorrow.
I'm sooo bloody excited I could scream.

Another moment.
My cousin died on Saturday from A.L.S. He was only 56. He was a truly wonderful, lovely man with a wonderful, lovely wife. I spent last night at the wake with my extended family. No one recognized me. Once I re-introduced myself, everyone was glad to see me. Apparently 16-year-old-Julia and 19-year-old-Julia are two completely separate people ( Read more... ) -
