But yes, smile at the girl, but don't gawk. If she looked at you today and smiled at all then thats a good sign. :)

I remember this one time at the mall, a couple years ago, my friends and I were sitting in the food court, just talking. There was this group of guys at a table nearby and one was wearing a suit. Now, I am impressed by guys who dress up. I couldn't help but look over for a moment because it's not something you see every day. He saw me looking and smiled at me, so being the nice (if somewhat naive) person that I am, I smiled back. He mistook my interest, though. Two of my friends are over getting pizza and I'm sitting with another friend when suddenly, one of his friends - a HUGE guy with a doo rag on - comes over, sits in front of me and takes my hands in his. Currently, I was more interested in the Gundam Wing video I had purchased and, it being under his arms, I was worried that he was going to steal my precious Quatre-dorned tape. lol Anyway, he looked me right in the eyes, while I'm scared out of my mind, and says "My friend over there is interested in you and would like to know if you'd like to go out with him."
