(no subject)
This week was more nutty than usual. IDK if it was because it was only four days or because I missed half of last week due to tooth issues, but I think I had the best sleep of my life last night.
I haven't watched TVD yet (DDD:), but I did watch parts of the Worst Show of Our Time and by "parts" I mean the Dan/Blair scenes on Youtube. I am weak and have poor decision-making skills, okay, let's not dwell on it. And THEN because I watched the Dan/Blair scenes, I felt involved at that point and went on to watch a few other scenes that Youtube recommended to me. I WAS IN, I WAS ~ALL IN~.
This show is so awful and I know that is like saying that "sometimes it snows in Canada" or "puppies are cute" but for some reason I still let it irritate me which... WHY???? WHAT EXPLAINS MY BIZARRE EMOTIONAL INVESTMENT TO THESE CHARACTERS?? I will never understand.
-lol @ Dan failing to move on from Blair after four months. Just move on to your ex-girlfriend/stepsister/IRL-now-married-ex-girlfriend already jesus.
-I hate Dan's stupid book plot because it's so petty and butthurt and Dan JUST BE BETTER THAN THAT go hang out with Jenny in Hudson and write great literature no one would ever actually read. But whatever this show is the worst, I can't really hold anyone's contrived For Plot Reasons actions against them.
-The writers officially hate Kaylee more than everyone else on the show which is truly a new height to ascend to.
-In a surprise twist, Chuck and Blair have super awkward fully-dressed sex in a hotel room and decide not to be together for.... REASONS. Which is actually fully in character tbh given that the entirety of their relationship over five seasons has been fueled by the drama of WE CAN'T BE TOGETHER.... FOR REASONS COMPLETELY WITHIN OUR CONTROL. Good luck to you both when you get married and have nothing to talk about for the rest of your lives.
-Georgina is so OTT and cringe-worthy.
-I see that Nate continues to be irrelevant.
-Serena and Dan are awful and gross which probably raises their chances of being endgame exponentially.
-Dan's ALL YOU HAVE IS EXCUSES speech to Blair was whatever though I see that tumblr enjoyed it, good on them I guess. I actually thought this was super QT:

In IRL news.... I don't really have much of one. THANKSGIVING WAS NICE?? I'm trying hard not to miss hockey, but I think I kind of do?? HOW ARE ALL OF YOU?
