Kidding, kidding.
Anyway, about the muscle thing, that can happen a lot, especially in that area. Try changing the way you sit in chairs/sleep/walk. I know it sounds weird, but too much of the same position can cause eventual pulls that you'd never notice until you start doing an activity like working out.
Last note, I miss you two maniacs terribly, and I hope to see you sooner rather than later.

I think the muscle thing is related to the fact that I have *no* abdominal muscle strength. None. At all. It was amusing my personal trainer....
I miss you too... Every time I think we have enough saved up to get tickets up... Stupid cars needing stupid tread on tires. Bah.
