My daughter is more of a tea drinker than I am and I had the chance to take her into a tea import business nearby. Over 400 varieties! I never knew. They are primarily an online business, but they also let you in the front door and will get what you need from the back warehouse, along with having some pots and accessories out front. They also produce a wonderfully informative newsletter that goes into the history and protocol, etc.
That's very cool to know so much about it and be able to brew it properly! I'm with you on the milk issue. I grew up in a family that added milk and then married into one that didn't. It was the latter that made more sense and stuck!

I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum. I know a bit about many different topics. That's helpful as it guides me in knowing just how much to say before I might embarass myself on any given subject! :^)
