Puppy, beach, and darkness... oh my!

My sister got a puppy last night. I met her this afternoon and she was so super cute, sweet, and could easily take over a place in my heart. I actually really miss not having a TV. I mean, I had the box, but it was only hooked up to DVD and VHS, so we watched no live-TV. I miss that. Sure I didn't know about some of my now favorite shows (I came in on NCIS long after Kate was already gone), but I miss the wholesome family fun it was of just me and my tot. I think when we move out, we're going back to that.
