Tonight I met a friend of mine for dinner. We met a few towns over, which I have to say made me happy. This last week I when I was shopping I wanted to go to the music & arts store to pick up some music books of Christmas music to play on my flute. Apparently the music store in my town has gone out of business, and did so weeks ago as the store is

That is pretty cool that you're getting a foundation in it. I played flute for 4 yrs, and never really learned to read music. I won't be able to go to a store and look at books and know just by looking at it what I could play or not.
I'm proud of you for wanting something and going after it. I've always wanted to learn guitar, but I use my left-handedness and money as an excuse. GOOD FOR YOU! Now that you can play full songs, which I didn't know, I'd like to hear you sometime.
