We are not born for ourselves alone
            [The dark book of Boron]

A lot of people are missing and I miss some friends of mine, too. It's hard to lose friends; this is not the first time I experienced this. But we shouldn't lose hope!  I'll organize a mass in Boron's name for the missing and for Andrew Basil, of course. It's terrible what ( Read more... )

Yeah, feel free. No one's living there right now because it's in the path of the monsters' destruction. Although I do hang around the place to check to see how things are, so you could say the place is still my home...

It can accommodate well around two thousand people, so feel free to invite as many as you'd like.

Thank you very much. I don't think we'll have two thousand people. I'm not sure if anyone is interested in a mass anyway. Hopefully no monster will show up during it.

I'll come around in a few days to prepare everything.

No problem. You seem like you know what you're doing so I'm going to assume you'll make sure the place stays clean.

If it means anything, I'll at least attend, I think.

Of course! I would never leave a mess in a temple.

It means a lot, thank you.

Well, I can't say I know much about masses (except atomic masses, that is) but I don't mind pitching in, especially considering you saved a bunch of important stuff for me, back at NYU.

And I don't know about atomic masses. It seemed we can learn from each other. I'm looking forward to see you, Bill.

A mass? What is that?

I know that Mia Fey is missing, too.

It's a meeting of people to worship a god or goddess. You've never been in a temple or a church? It's also called church service.

Miss Fey is missing, too? That's bad, I met her at Roosevelt Island.

No, I haven't... I'm an atheist. But if it's just a gathering to pay respects for everyone...

Yes, that's what people are saying. Her sister said so too.

That's what I intend; paying respects for everyone and giving peace of mind at least for a time. You're welcome to attend.

I've never been to a mass before, but I'll be there.

Well, they do say that those who vanish go home. Regardless of where they go, however...I'm certain that the cycle will continue.

I apologize, but I'd rather not attend the mass.

Some believe they go home, some belief they reach Boron's halls. Both a good place to live. And I'm also sure that the cycle will continue.

It's your decision to attend it or not. If you like to have peace of mind for some time, I recommend you to attend.
