My sister has shoes like that, only more black. And pink instead of yellow. I've been wanting green shoes like that for the longest while.

I guess I've been told that. Only by like family members or like family friends. And people over the internet. AND EX BOYFRIENDS.

But, they just say it to be nice. Families and boyfriends are supposed to say things like that.

Bah! No, they say it 'cause it's true. Yes, families and boyfriends are biased, but that doesn't mean there isn't a method to their madness. Generally, when a bunch of people all who've never heard of each other all agree on one thing, it's usually true.
They're not saying it to be nice.

I just noticed it 'cause, yeah, you got the looks; in abundance. But you also know what clothes to wear and how to pose and all that shit that I'd never be able to figure out. That's what made it occur to me.
