Like, the process your body goes through when you run, how you get to that peak part (the physical aspects about it AND the emotional aspects), how important the cool-down is, etc.
You could throw in SO MUCH SHIT and barely do research (just on the bodily effects part).
You could start off wasting time talking about stretching and what you should do before you run, what to eat, drink, wear, etc.
Then do the bodily process part, talk about length of runnning, how your body handles distance differently on rugged terrain like you run on vs. straight pavement or in an indoor gym, etc.
Then the cool down/jogging part, getting enough water when you get back, taking care of your muscles so you won't be dying the next time you run, etc.
I did so many speeches, I thought I might still have one around here somewhere. But I don't think I do. :/
