Kudos to you for going to college and not giving in to the drunk student stereotype...I don't drink either. You should look around for some sort of Socializing Without Substances group (that's what they call it at NYU). Do you guys have a Club Fair? It would probably be there. Also, knowing the kind of person I believe you are, you have a sincere quality about you that if you were out with people and you said you wanted to do something that didn't involve drinking, they would take you seriously. Or else they're not good friends.

I'm hoping that your experience is an indication that things are going to improve once school starts. I'm glad its getting better.

lj-cut is for entries with lots of pictures or junk like quizzes. It is not for entries with content.

I thought I was the earliest. I start classes tomorrow. I moved in on the 18th.

Eh, the first week or so is rough because you are just starting to make friends. It will get better.
