So today Kerry and I decided to return stuff we bought that we didn't want, from Burlington downtown. However we went to the one on McKnight. Wrong choice

Some stores don't take returns from other stores. When Eckerd was owned by JC Penney's we didn't take other store's returns unless we carried the item. That's really weird to only get store credit with a receipt though. Was it a sales item or something? Cause some clothes stores at the mall don't refund you if it was a sales item.

no their return policy is no matter what you only get store credit it doesn't matter where or when you bought it.
