[With all these goings on, Simba hasn't really had time to be lazy. He's been worried about Link and Toboe. But after finding out his uncle was here, Simba's spent a lot of time in his room, just trying to forget again. It's hard, not thinking about Pride Rock and how the lionesses are getting along without a king. What worries him more than that

*Toboe recognizes the voice (and not many other people on board make such animalistic noises, anyway)*

...Simba? Are you okay?

[Doesn't take much to wake him up. So when he hears, Toboe's voice, he does wake up, but he doesn't answer immediately. He's trying to calm himself down enough to not sound like a complete spaz.]

...Toboe?

Yeah...

...are you okay?

[gonnabeamighty]

Okay?

[He chuckles.]

Never better.

[All Simba gets is a questioning noise. He's worried about you, Simba. 8(]

[There's silence on Simba's end of the transmission for a few minutes. Then Link can probably hear some heavy breathing. Simba's woken up, but hasn't realized Link's trying to contact him. So he puts his head down and breathes near the microphone.]

[...SIMBA WHAT'S WRONG ARE YOU OKAY. Considering the circumstances at the moment, his worry increases drastically. He pipes up again, his noise louder than before. He's fully intending to run out and look for his big cat friend if Simba doesn't respond.]

[Oh hello there, talking rock thing. Simba moves away from the comm when he hears Link's voice.]

Link?

Simba?

[gonnabeamighty]

Huh? Oh it's on.

[Simba's since woke up. Hey there Ann. How'd you like some awkward to go with that shake?]

Oh hey, Anna, right?

Anna, yes.

Are you alright?
