Ya know, maybe this place is better than back home. There's no... well, there's no a lot of things. But it's been two months now and I still can't get Lilly's smell out of my room. [Logan was leaning up against a wall, glaring balefully at a nearby Cupid as though daring it to talk to him. One of them had mentioned Veronica's name to him and he'd clocked it in the face - the next one that tried was getting a limb ripped off.

When he saw Claire approaching he raised an eyebrow at her and scratched idly at the thin scruff of beard he'd been growing for the past week or so.]

"Oh, you know. Same old." [The hug was a little unexpected, but he knew she meant well, so he gave her a little squeeze in return before pulling back.]

[He gestured down the street, indicating that they should walk.] "Uh, nothing yet. Other than, you know, attack of the flying hearts." [He swatted at the offending things, trying to get a few of them out of his face.]
