I'm happy, I looked in the mirror today and it looks like working out is starting to pay off. It's hard for me to continue to do something when I see little results, and that's how I felt for awhile about working out. I'm glad I have stuck with it though, because I think everything is starting to look a little better all around. I think I'm having ( Read more... )

You are definately right with reducing carbs for your abs. It sucks becuase I over-eat as it is, but low carbs will help. Do crunches nightly (well, I am insomniac so maybe for you just whenever you get a few minutes!!) until they hurt, I find that if there is no pain there is no gain. Try different forms, look at a lot of the Pilates techniques those work REALLY well! You will NOT see any results for a couple weeks, but I just kept at it anyways and when you DO start to see results they just keep coming in more and more tone. Its actually pretty easy to maintain good abs once you have them, or at least it has been for me, just start eating normally again slowly and as long as you keep up the crunches whenever you have a good 5 minutes or so everday you're all set :)
