I have been a fan of, and have had for a while this hippy mentality which was aptly put by Teva sandals, “free your feet, your mind will follow”. I've been cringing and reading this dutifully...and cringing.

I hate running.

I wouldn't run for cake.

But I wonder how a pair of toe sock shoe things would make me feel about that......hmm

I know you hate running and would not run for cake, but why the cringing? is it because of your sever distaste for running?

Yes, and I remembered you talking about your severe leg cramps and such....I'm cringing sympathetically....and with continued distaste for running.

Funny, considering I walk 9 miles and do it at a fairly quick pace.

We are walking champions after all, but yes, achy crampy legs are no fun.
Unless you are watching them happen to someone you don't particularly like or care for.
