It has been obvious for the last couple months that Izzy was teething. Well, there are two bottom front teeth ready to break through the gums. There are little white patches and fortunately the gums aren't swollen. He has been a little bit fussier in the evenings and he didn't sleep well last week, this week his sleep hasn't been bad

Sorry, hon, but having been there and done that, all I can say is "ouch." Actually, I think with Q, once he'd bitten me a time or two, I just watched his face very carefully while he nursed. If his lips or jaws looked like he was tightening them for a clamp down, I would put my fingers in the side of his mouth and open it while very firmly telling him "no." They learn pretty quickly who controls whether they're given a breast or a bottle! -- Lois
