Nine Months

Izzy is nine months today. He went to the Dr. yesterday for his wellness visit. He was very good even with getting the one shot and being tired. He is 20.5 lbs and 28 in. (70-75%ile), which the Dr. said was good growth. We are to work toward 3 servings of breast milk and 3 servings of solids (cereal, fruits, and veggies) a day. At one year we

Probably not the best food to introduce at 12mo. but we certainly will hope he will try it and enjoy it when he is ready. Ill ask the dr. when they recommend introducing it.
