I covered a presidential campaign.

2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
No, my New Years' Resolution last year was to have sex again and I didn't. Next year's resolution is to lose weight and purge my brain of hang-up boys like in Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes. my cousin Judith.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.

5. What countries did you visit?
The Netherlands.

6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004?
A steady job with health insurance.

7. What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
July 22, because it was my birthday and Ethan and Brian took me to a water park. Yay water!

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Covering the Republican Convention on my own with little to no editorial support.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Continuing to be overly emotional.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I broke my foot in kendo practice.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My second cat, Locke.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Rent, books, DVD sets.

The election, the Badgers.

As I said above, I turned 21 and went to Noah's Ark with Ethan, Brian, and other Ruddigore cast members.

No comment.

Ramones.

Prozac.

Mmm ... Colin Farrell.

Probably gay marriage.

Max, Alex, Jacob, Abby.

38. Who was the best new person you met?
Ummm .. I didn't 'meet' Ethan and Doc but I got to know them better. I met Brian and Abe and a bunch of people whose names I can't think of right now.

Some things are too hot to touch.
