my tongue burns like a thousand suns because of my beloved gobstopper. who would have thunk licking of ball made up of 61.3 grams of sweet sugar could cause such PAIN!
that is all i have to say.

I once bought a gobstopper from Berrima, I was in the middle of purposely not buying "Berrima Rock, Berrima's most famous export!" which is this weird rock candy...Anyway I licked it for weeks, I too kept it in cling wrap, even worse than the sore tongue will be your next phase; the sore jaw and following that will be the fact that it isn't so fresh anymore, the outer layer is all gross because it has been wet and then dried and it gives your tongue that gross fuzzy feeling! Eventually I dropped mine on the floor and my dog rolled it around with her paws and I threw it away and was secretly glad even though I'd lost a bet with Hannah that I'd finish mine first...
