One of the reasons I love Harvey Mudd so much is that the professors are approachable and you can see them as people, not as distant God-like beings. For instance, tonight Professor Martonosi, who's the new Professor-in-Residence at Mudd, threw an ice cream sundae event in her apartment (which ended up moving to the Sontag lounge for size reasons
