Motivation (as defined by dictionary.com) is the psychological feature that arouses an organism to action toward a desired goal; the reason for the action; that which gives purpose and direction to behavior; "we did not understand his motivation"; "he acted with the best of motives."

i wish i had motivation to do it tooo but i am lazy & have very little oppurtunity to get out & go to the gym (though i belong to one.... and pay for it monthly.... but i don't go. haha)

You have a LOT better excuse than I do....You are a SAHM which is one of the hardest jobs in the world. I don't have an excuse excpet finances. I am going to work on it though and make it a priority! :o)
