Private to Terry and Padma
So Christmas was lonely but wonderful. I returned home on the 24th and spent some time with Mum and my Sister. The minute everything was open again I went looking for a place. I found something in Amesbury, a little east of stonehenge. There's a small Wizarding community just off the highway that likes to relive the past. Me personally I just wanted somewhere quiet and out of the way near an aparition point. I moved in new-year's eve, and I suppose I'll have to have some sort of formal housewarming... or screw it. We can do it on my birthday, how's that? I won't be cooking then, that's for sure.
Wednesday, oh wow Wednesday. I met Daphne Greengrass in Camden. I was in a Karaoke bar of all places and she came wandering in, we got to talking... and well, before I knew it we were arguing in my bathroom and I was cooking her breakfast (that's about as much detail as you two need thankyou). So help me gods if she isn't crazy, but something about her makes me want to keep coming back, she's nervous, shy, and I get the feeling she expects me to leave her suddenly. But I don't want to. I just sent her a letter I dunno if either of you went to the Malfoy Masque last night, but she was there. Mother dragged her along I guess. I shudder to think what she might do if she found out about us, but I'm not going to worry her with that.

I just sent you a letter, D. You should get it soon. How was last night? I dunno if you want to see me again this weekend or sooner, things being intense as they are, and with all the added stress of the season at the moment. I know I haven't been that good with words when it comes to things like this, but if you give me the chance I can 'just be' with you and say nothing and maybe just let things happen instead of trying to control them all the time. I miss you.
