Hi Juju,

I know what you mean. I've done it myself, many times. I hate it when I lose my temper with some jerk, regardless of how much they need a slap-down. I feel embarrassed at me for doing it. *sigh* There is no good answer except this: Be true to yourself and trust your instincts.
If you reached boiling, believe me, someone else there was getting close to the same point waiting for him to shut up. He was wanting attention/validation and that's not the best way to get good vibes.
