Glad to hear things are looking up :-) Looks like your agent (I'm assuming you were on a tour with an agent) did his/her job correctly...You always get shown shoddy houses and then the last house you see is likely the one you want to buy and is just out of your price range...It's a key to the industry that works well...You get a taste for a few different styles, get an idea of how to look for what you're looking for, or rather, not looking for, then they show you the one that excells in all of those areas.
