I'm SO reading on the way home AND over the holidays.

Dr. Schneider, my boss (and the wonderful woman that she is), has recommended that if I ever should experience some dreams that are truly unusual, that I should read science-fiction books to counter it. I've avoided the self-medication for a while, what with the distractions of holidays and so on, but I don't think I can do it any longer ( Read more... )

i actually just had a REALLY strange one last night; basically, there were these blue crabs that just appeared out of nowhere, like started crawling out of everyone's pockets, shoes, ect. They would basically swarm everywhere, then disappear without hurting anything or doing any damage...the only time i've ever seen these things in real life is at Westbrook Market, (a little mexican supermarket) where they were sold alive. -er half dead....yeah, freaking strange if you ask me

Well, what was your emotional reaction to the crabs the first time you saw them? What was going on in your life then?

In other news, I hope you and Gretchen can come visit us in the near-future. You absolutely MUST check out our Wii and PS3. They are the awesome.

my first reaction to seeing these strange blue critters was "holy hell! get the shotgun!" after which, zombies started showing up; not crab zombies, but the slow moving resident evil types. The only real thing going on is the fact that myself and Gretchen have just completed (mostly) moving back in with my mother...

I know I would LOVE to come out there, and I know Gretchen would too. And I would probably have to bring the 360, seeing as how I own GH2 and GH3 with 2 guitars...I'm thinking post-holiday season; I'll have get back to you.

RE: Dream:
The first thought that occurs to me is that you have the subconscious feeling that you're being herded/forced back into a corner, hence the plethora of creatures forcing your hand. Other than that, I'm not getting much else of an impression.

RE: Visit:
Dude. Guitar Hero would rock. I've been dying to try my hand at TROGDOOOOOOOOOOOR!
