So, you didn't mention the "when" for your trip to mattoon and possibly chambana...We'll be back up in Chambana for this weekend to visit with zarfmouse and game day at kayoteelsewhere's, but I just had poppins17 move in this weekend down in University City, MO and I'm not planning on going back to Champaign as much as I used to.

If I expected more room in the vehicle, then I might ask if you wanted to tag along, but as it is, we'll have a whole buttload of gifts on the way back, plus (maybe) my mother. I've got room in the Big Bitch, but I doubt I have passenger + cargo room necessary for lots of people.

Considering the purpose of my Chambana visit will be to give things back to your ex? Probably not a great idea ... but if I get a spare moment to wander your way (and you can provide me such contact information as would be necessary to see you), then I'll see what I can do.

No. That's just all I had planned to see.

Now that I know I have five hours to kill on my little trip, I'm more open to the possibility of seeing more people.

Of course, I don't know exactly where I'm going on this thing, so I'll have to keep people updated.

We'll be in St. Louis 9/11 and 9/12 if you'll be in the area. We're spending our 2nd anniversary watching the Cubs kick the Cardinal's asses then generally just wandering around the next day. Let me know when the shower is, if it hasn't already happened. Otherwise, I'm up to an additional visit to see you guys.

The shower itself will be on July 11 on the opposite side of the state while you're at Busch Stadium (Mk II), so unless you feel like making a trip east on I-70 to I-57 north (as opposed to just straight up I-55), you probably won't see us. It'll be like ships passing in the night.

However, if you want to detour on the aforementioned route on the 12th on your way back home, Gail and I will still be in Mattoon, IL ... mile marker 190B. I can provide you with a contact phone number and further directions if you know you'll be in the vicinity. Plus, we still have yet to meet your darling husband!
