While I was getting ready for work today, I noticed that there was a little spider hanging out on my half-wall thing. He was kind of cute/scary, like a tiny tarantula, so I decided to take a pic of him. Then he climbed up on one of my silver lovebirds, and I decided to take an 'artsy' picture of him.  Here it is:

I expected to start writing a lot in this journal, but now that I have it, I'm not sure what to put in here. It doesn't really help that I don't have friends here yet. Maybe someone will like my comments and want to friend me soon? *Crosses fingers*! I think I just need to be more proactive about it.

I created this journal so that I could meet new and different people, but now I realize that I don't know how to do that. Oh well, I'm sure it will come to me eventually. Until then I'll just keep talking to myself!

This is my first posting, obviously, but expect more soon... I spent a bunch of time fussing over setting it up, so I'm too tired to actually put thought into this. Soon though, my darlings.
