Just got back from the Pete and the Pirates gig @ the Lexington. My first London gig!! All alone!! Guys, you should be awed by my sheer independence and tough-mindedness. It was surprisingly tamed though. There were crazy, drunk, dancing people, but there were also a large number of dignified working adults holding a beer and just lightly bopping

Anyway, I've always thought that I should like Arcade Fire more than I do too LOL. They're good but I don't see myself ever becomeing a hugecrazyobssessed fan. Though they have a couple of songs that are really really brilliant!

I wasn't moshing. The dancing people kept to their own little circle. It was actually quite nice.
What are the nice Arcade Fire songs anyway? I find the ones I've heard quite forgettable...

oh i like keep the car running, and wake up (though to be fair i only started liking it after watching the arcade fire + david bowie live performance of it haha maybe you should too), but my favourite favourite of all time is my body is a cage!
