when i wake up, i usually feel like the world is spinning. from the edge of my bed, i eat two crackers, drink some more water. next, i go into the bathroom and start to cry a little bit, not bawl my eyes out cry, just whiney cry. i shower, slowly. i get dressed, slowly. i go into the kitchen and eat, slowly. then, i drive to school, slowly ( Read more... )

i hope you aren't sick for long! i felt so good during the second trimester of my pregnancies. srsly..if i could be 6mos pregnant all the time i would! it's a goodsized belly and i felt good and happy and like i could eat anything i wanted and sleep and be comfy.

srsly. when ppl are like DID U LIKE BEING PREGNANT..i'm like IT SUCKS FOR A LITTLE BIT..and then it gets better! lots better. and then, that last week before the baby comes..it gets crazy! and just when you think you can't take it anymore...HERE'S YR BABY! \o/

it's just such a lovely little thing. i miss it sometimes, kel. i think i always will.
I'M GETTING EMO.

oh man, sorry to hear your sick. i'm sure everyone's loading you with advice, so FEEL FREE TO IGNORE THIS, but have you tried preggy pops? i have heard they work pretty well. and sour candy, for some reason!

eric and i call josie our "me plus you cutie" so i totally get your sentiment!!!

PREGGY POPS?
i will look into that ASAP.

i think i remember you writing about josie being half you and half eric a lot. i think that's one of my favorite things to think about thus far. also, i love our husband's names.

kel i ended up throwing up twice yesterday from my sickness and through my terrible nausea i thought of you the whole time! it was SO AWFUL and i just kept thinking omg, i can't imagine feeling this way every day, i'd want to kill myself. TO PUT IT BLUNTLY.

i hope it gets better for you soon.

i had horrible terrible no good very bad nausea from five weeks through about sixteen weeks, and i remember feeling so demoralized the whole time. i was happy i was pregnant, of course, but it was so hard for me to be that nauseated and tired and need to eat but want NOTHING and have the whole world taunt me with its disgusting food all the time (lol). but i loved every minute, second, milisecond of pregnancy thereafter. i remember by 17 weeks i felt so glorious i was talking about wanting to be pregnant all the time and my husband was like, "do you not remember LAST WEEK?" haha. i promise you, it will drag now and you will find very little comforting but then you'll feel completely awesome!

oh, and have you tried sea bands? for me they took the edge off the nausea. if i took them off, i felt crazy sea sick and puked. if i left them on, i felt only terrible. :)

i've felt the SAME WAY ABOUT FOOD. it's impossible. seriously, tonight we went to watch revolutionary road, and eric passed me the popcorn. i got a whiff of it and instantly had to LEAVE because i thought i would die if i didn't get away from it. feeling unable to eat has been the hardest part for me, because i don't want to do something wrong, you know?
i really will try those sea bands. i've read that in a few books and had chalked it up to myth, UNTIL THIS VERY MOMENT.

i can't wait to feel awesome again. :) thanks for the hope, SERIOUSLY.
