Today was a reality check for me. I received an email from my mom explaining that my dad will have to undergo emergency surgery tomorrow to try and repair his eye. 80% of his retina is detatched and he has very little if no vision in it. Went skating and rolled my ankle off of a shitty 4 set. My ankle twisted completely backwards to the point where the sole of my foot was almost directly pointing up. It hurts. It hurts lots.
