I just watched the original one the other day (I never saw it before, okay >_>), soooo now I'm interested in seeing this one. I'm glad to see it's so exciting xD

About your 'never saw it before' bit- ffff I'm still kind of like a new fan myself- I only JUST watched them all for the first time late December last year.

BUT NOW THAT YOU'VE SEEN THE FIRST ONE, YOU NEED TO SEE THEM ALL! They get worse as they progress, but, imo, worse in an AWESOME way. One of my favourite moments is in Freddy's Dead. With the chalk board. Ahaha.

Except New Nightmare- I hate that one. That's the only one I hate. Just watch the Freddy bits in that. xD

Apparently, a lot of fans of the original hate the remake, but tbqh, I think they just like to whine. I'm not really taking this as a 'remake', myself- it's more of a 'let's take this kick-ass movie, redo it in a different way, and throw in some shout outs to the awesome original movies' thing. 8D

Oh, good, I don't feel so alone xD I never watch things that other people tend to watch and that get a lot of pop culture references or whatever, so I feel all ~out of the loop~ all the time.

I still haven't really admitted out loud to my friends yet how much of a GIANT crush I have on Freddy. I'm a total Freddy fangirl, so... they might have guessed anyway, haha.
