I've been thinking about trying my hand at baking again. Something easy, like cookies. Does anyone have a favorite cookie recipe I can try?

Great--I love chocolate chip cookies, and I'm just about finished with the ones my mom made during the parent flood and stashed in my freezer. I'm Molly--nice to meet you. They usually keep me out of the kitchen unless I have supervision.
