So the Intrepid. I was there in 2006... since then they closed it, realized it was buried in the mud, finally unstuck it, did massive renovations, redid the pier it is on and brought it back and reopened it. Then they got the simulator shuttle and realized the pier can't hold it, barged 3 old war planes Upstate, made room for the shuttle shell,

Y'all never knew I took that photo. I am sneaky like that. We were on that little area with the 3 guns right after the anchor room tour. :-)
