Spider-Man 3

My analysis:

Sam Raimi was tired. Really tired.

I forgive you, Sam. Just please learn from this. Spider-man doesn't need another movie and if he does for whatever reason, please hang up your hat and hand it over to someone else. You had a good run, but you obviously moved on well before finishing this iteration.

It wasn't "a few things that bugged me." It wasn't a very good story. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the movie. Certainly plenty of stuff to keep your average fanboy entertained. But the first two were so much more than that. This one wasn't, and can't even compare to the Raimi's prequels. This one was more on the level of Ghost Rider.

Considering the astronomical budget and unending hype surrounding Spidey 3, that's pretty disappointing.

And i know that come dvd release time i will have mulled more and more over it and will probably reach the "sigh, this couldve been so much better" like i did with X3. Ah well. And agian a propose,

Where the hell did that crane go?!
