Had a bizarre dream last night. I dreamed that action doesn't quite equal reaction. They were the same out to several decimal places, but if you went far enough, they didn't quite match. Further. The difference changed when the axis of the action reaction pair changed. I think it had something to do with either QM effects, or curvature of spacetime

It's a physics thing. It would have enormous implications for space travel. Unfortunately, we haven't found a loophole around the basic laws of physics that are holding us prisoner here on this one single world. All the good stuff you see in the movies (antigravity, faster-than-light travel, reactionless spacedrives) aren't beyond our technology; they're IMPOSSIBLE under our current understanding of physics.
