[There's a man dressed in a modest dark blue suit who enters carrying a sleek messenger bag and his mobile. He knows what she looks like from their previous talks, and more importantly through mutual acquaintances.]

[Nicholas Brocklehurst looks to Julia like a man who's all business. The up side is that he doesn't have gray hair or a katana sheathed at his hip. As he gets closer, she smiles and rises.]

Mr. Brocklehurst? It's nice to meet you in person.

[He is all business though he's not known for strictly separating business and pleasure. Fortunately his hair isn't silver nor does he care for pet birds. He offers Julia his hand for a solid shake.]

You must be Julia. It's a pleasure. I hope I haven't kept you long.

[He takes a seat opposite hers at the table.]

[Returning to her seat, she removes her sunglasses from their perch atop her head and rests them on the table. For the sake of this meeting, she intends to keep her eyes from being so watchful when people come in.]
