See that would be the problem :) Plus it really is only busy from 8:00 till the tourney starts at 11:00 or so. I did send an email offering to help AND made this public just for you :)
I still think it could work on some level with a pre-reg combattent, cashier, non-reg (maybe with two clipboards for sign-ins), and reg. pre-reg. Stick flyers, maps, etc.. off to the side to there isn't any congregating. I think you had least that many offers for help?
