1.5 Weeks of Kindergarten

I've come to find out that Kindergarten is much more expensive than I had even imagined. Jacob has been in Kindergarten for a week and a half now and within that time frame I've received seven different requests for money.

"Please just donate $1 or loose change and sign the attached slip with your child's name on it."

I'm glad that you're able to brush off that weird social pressure, and that you know that doing what you can is the best, and isn't somehow lacking simply because there's more need. :) That's a great mindset to have!

It's a good mindset to possess. Kindergarten rocks. I just found another request for money in his book bag. Yay!
