RL' being an utter bitch these days.  ::sighs::  That's abother story of course, but funny thing is how fandom / SV is proving to be a real respite these days, especially till I can get my holiday mojo on next month.  I just rewatched the season in like, two nights, with my boyfriend, who hadn't seen since ep 7 I think.  Couple of things stood out ( Read more... )

Oooh, what a fantastic list - I absolutely agree with everything on it, especially the second #27. I probably have some more to add but I'm waiting on my S9 rewatch until I have my pristine DVDs to savour in HD.

Faora was a revelation and you're so right, Loius Febre had a great season.

Thats a pretty good list. I agree with most of them (well, not so much with CB's Zod, but you knew that).

I'd include the actor that played Dr Fate in there. By far, the most interesting of the JSA to me.

The brain-sharing has to stop somewhere, eh? Heh.

Dr Fate was my favorite of the JS members too. Wished I'd included him in the list because both the actor and the character really left an impression.

Thanks for sharing your list! What a great stroll down season nine memory lane. :)

It's nice when even an underwhelming episode can still provide a gem or two. One of those gems for me is when Oliver joins Clark up in the crow's nest and tells Clark he's got his back. I can't even remember which episode it was in for sure (Roulette I think?).

And I must concur with jeannev re Dr. Fate.
Thank you may have been the best delivered line of Absolute Justice.

This season had a lot of that. Meh eps, but containing some great moments within. Isn't the Oliver telling Clark he had his back from 'Kandor?'

::nods:: So poignant yet powerful, at the same time.
