Will was predisposed to like Nita anyway, what with the wizard thing and the friend of Ronan thing, but I don't think he expected to be referring to her as a friend quite this quickly. (I didn't expect it!) But Will really likes that she banters with Ronan (teasing buddy!) and talks to him seriously -- she doesn't treat Will as though she thinks he's a pest. She reminds him of Mary but cooler, and she uses magic! She also seems a bit different to the girls Will knows but he couldn't really articulate why. Will sees Nita as someone he can go to for help or with a problem, or even just to talk. He really doesn't have that luxury back home -- it makes him that little extra bit appreciative of it, I guess. Or at least the Old One in him appreciates it. Will the normal kid just thinks she's nice /o/
Will kindof sortof reminds Nita of Darryl, who is one of the pillars of the One's power on Earth, an Abdyl. On the other hand, Will is far more conscious of his power and status, which is something that makes Nita more comfortable around him in general. Also, Will is a sweet kid, and easy to talk to, and intuitive enough that it's easy to. She's also kind of falling into the big sister role because she misses her own little sister. But she'd still probably act like a big sister if Dari showed up, so there you go.
Well, those traces of wild magic around you are still a bit disconcerting, but Will has forgotten them a few times. He's not sure what to make of Yukito entirely, but he likes the way Yukito and Toya act around each other, and Yukito has definitely gone from Will's 'Wild Magic' box to his 'Complicated' Box. He's very curious, but he's willing to wait and see what comes of this.
I already said that Yukito and Toya remind Will of Paul and Robin, the twins, his brothers. I think that's the reason why, despite the Old One in him's caution, Will the normal boy tends to come out more around Yukito, despite what he knows (or doesn't know) about his magic. Which is a long-winded way of saying that Will likes Yukito, even though he thinks he should probably be holding back.
Ronan was the first person in camp that Will felt he 'recognised' -- Light ping, Ronan seemed concerned -- Will really needed that. Will just wanted to see the similarities at first, but now he's aware of the differences between the way things work in their worlds, he doesn't mind them as much. In fact, he's curious. He wants to know all about Ronan, and if it wasn't for the age difference and the Guardian, would probably be a right little pest.
Saying Ronan is the older brother Will never had is wrong considering Will has no end of older brothers, but ... he's never had someone so close to his age who got the Old One type thing so nearly, and Will as you've noticed, considers Ronan someone he can go to for advice or help. Also you remind him of Bran.
Jaime is weird. You can tell this because Will is always politely formal around Jaime -- he's very conscious of the Wild in him. Jaime's uneasiness is a little difficult for Will to know how to deal with. But as it seems like Jaime is good friends with Ronan, Will is giving him the benefit of the doubt -- by being polite and formal in a way that is probably totally off-putting. Sorry?
Jaime thinks Will is a painfully serious little kid. He can't really tell if it's really who he is or if it's the fact that having that kind of power so young changes things, but he kind of suspects it's the latter. It always throws Jaime off when people recognize there's something... different about him, especially when they do it so casually -- but it also didn't seem like something Will was making a big deal of, and also he was nice enough to explain when Jaime basically did the same thing, so he tried his best to explain what it was without actually getting into... what it was. He's... not really sure how he should be treating Will -- he wishes there was something he could do to get him to act like a kid, but he doesn't know where to start or even whether it's something that's still an option for Will. So he just... has sometimes painfully awkward conversations instead. orz
I still find it really ironic that Yuu was the most normal person in Will's intro post. He's not quite sure what to make of the dress thing, but he was so happy to see someone who was not powered and just human that he was willing to overlook this, and Yuu gave him advice and was cheerful, and Will needed that. At the same time, he doesn't quite feel as sure of Yuu as he does of the other people who have helped him, and I think that's less to do with the dress than the fact that Will doesn't know anything about Yuu other than that first conversation.
Leo feels a bit odd, but no huge pings. Will is impressed that he didn't seem to mind Natsuo being annoying, and thinks maybe Leo is like an older brother who likes to tease Natsuo. I'm going to choose to believe that Leo was wearing a sheet for their conversation otherwise Will could not have kept a straight face.
Will hasn't met Rey yet, but he's only heard of him via Yukito and Toya as the boy who turned into a plushie but turned back. He's curioius.

I think it's just Ronan.
Because I lack balance, I use a sad icon.

The Guardian is painfully wonderful.
