I don't believe I've commented on this before, but I'm really liking it :) it's very interesting, and keeps me wanting to find out what happens. I love the creepy atmosphere too. And IDK the song that it reminds me of is "Someone's in the Wolf" by Queens of the Stone Age. Not posthardcore/metal really, but it has a similar tone to me, I guess. And the lyrics kinda fit too IMO --

Mkay, so I've just sat down and read through all the previous parts, and I'm have to say that this is fantastic :] It's really interesting, definitely different than any werewolf stories I've read before.

Oh, and the Brian/Zack scene in the last chapter was sexy. True story ;) Even though Brian must be losing his mind trying to figure out just how Zack managed to inflict that much damage, hah.

"It's a rune, Brian. The balance of light and dark. Creative force and destructive force. Good and evil. In the Medieval period, they used it for healing and protection. During the second world war, it was death and violence," Zack seemed flustered and his fingers twitched, like he wanted to touch the black mark on his neck, but didn't want to draw attention to it.

"I just wondered," Brian repeated. He stood stiffly on the side walk, Zack watching him warily.

"No one's ever asked me before," Zack leaned his head to the side. "Oh. It was also used to warn of wolves."

Brian swallowed so hard his throat clicked. "I should get going." Aha, it ( ... )

Well, obviously the vamp comments hurt because he's no vampire. He's a wolfff. (:
Brian's thoughts like, confuse me. Only not really. I'm kind of having the exact same thought process as him. Like, why didn't he listen along with, why are they so hellbent on him staying away?
Oh, and where'd Jimmy go? Since he's obviously not dead. :D
