just keep at it (not sure what your method of weight loss is) and don't make excuses to yourself :D If you're low carbing, and you're kicking ass and get to a point where it's been a week or two since u've had a carb, and get depressed and dizzy, treat yourself to something, and go back on track the next day.. I've noticed that doing this will spark my weight loss again :D
